Day 01: Paro, Bhutan (L/D )
A. Arrival in Paro Bhutan.
The tranquil kingdom of Bhutan is one of the world's most enthralling travel destinations. The trip offers an intimate view of the Bhutan's cultural and religious life.Arrive at the Paro International Airport, you will be met by our representative.
B. Arrive Paro and drive to Thimpu. Half day sightseeing at Thimpu:
Thimphu sightseeing includes - visit to National Library, the priceless collection of Buddhist manuscripts and few English version books; Folk and Heritage Museum, which displays day to day livelihood of typical Bhutanese farmers in medieval period and their accessories; Late King's Memorial Stupa, built for the world peace and Traditional Handmade Paper Factory; Painting School, which preserves our traditional paintings, sculpturing and wood curving; Majestic Tashichhodzong, which houses office for the king and the ministers and National Handicraft Emporium, the best place to look for souvenir from Bhutan. Evening free walk in Thimphu City.
C. Overnight in Thimpu.
Day 02: Thimpu - Paro (B/L/D )
A. We will again drive back to Paro on this day. In the morning we will hike up to the Taktsang Monastery, also known as the Tigers Nest. It will approximately take three hours to reach there. On the way savour the feeling of cool and quiet atmosphere. Experience the rich flora and fauna of this region. As soon as we reach there we will enjoy the stunning views of the Monastery. A hike up to the Taktsang Monastery is exhaustive as well as thrilling too. It is the place of pilgrimage for the local people. After that we will have tea and snacks break in the cafeteria there. Than we will again drive back to the road point to explore the other attractions of Paro. After finishing the adventurous journey of Taktsang Monastery, Druk Choeding is the next destination that we will visit. This town temple was built by the Ngawang Chhogyel , one of the prince-abbots of Ralung in Tibet and an ancestor of the Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyal. There after we will take the lunch in the local restaurant. In the evening we will make a visit to the Kila Goemba. It si the serene home of the Buddhist nuns. Enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains. We will spot the black necked cranes found in this area. Vast greenery spread in this area not only mesmerizes you but enthralls you completely. After the whole day sightseeing we will get back to the hotel for the overnight stay.
Day 03: Depart From Paro (B)
After breakfast our Driver will drop you to the Paro International Airport for your journey to Kathmandu.
